Car Wash Membership Terms & Conditions: 

  • Program Enrollment: To enroll in the Splash In ECO Car Wash Express Tunnel Membership, a valid email address and phone number are required.

  • Valid Locations: Express Tunnel Membership is only valid at the following Splash In tunnel wash locations

    • 7505 Old Branch Ave, Clinton, MD, 20735

    • 6365 Crain Highway LaPlata, MD 20646

  • Express Tunnel Car Wash Membership: The monthly Express Tunnel Car Wash Membership allows for one car wash per day in each month that the membership is renewed. The membership can be canceled at any time.

  • Automated Billing: Membership billing will be automated and recurring on the anniversary of the member enrollment date, using the same credit card provided during enrollment.

  • Account Maintenance: All Express Tunnel Car Wash Members are responsible for maintaining their accounts, associated credit cards, and vehicles on their accounts either online or by contacting Splash In directly if there are any changes.

  • No Refunds or Credits: There will be no refunds or credits given for partial months of Express Tunnel Car Wash Memberships or for any plan changes.

  • Non-Combinable with Discounts: The Express Tunnel Car Wash Membership program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

  • Package Upgrades/Downgrades: Members have the option to upgrade or downgrade to a different wash package, either onsite or online. Changes to the package and billing will take effect during the next billing cycle.

  • Program Amendments: Splash In ECO Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the Express Tunnel Car Wash Membership program at any time, including but not limited to the Express Tunnel Car Wash Membership pricing and fees, as necessary.

  • Eligible Vehicles: Only vehicles listed on the account are eligible for the Express Tunnel Car Wash Membership, and each vehicle must have a Splash In ECO Car Wash RFID Tag affixed to the vehicle's windshield. Removal of the RFID Tag will render it inoperable.

  • Vacuum Usage: Free vacuums have a 5-minute time allowance, and loitering in the vacuum stalls is strictly prohibited.

  • Closure and Inclement Weather: The Car Wash and Vacuums may be closed due to inclement weather, maintenance, or at the discretion of the staff.

  • Lost Belongings: Splash In is not responsible for any lost belongings or items disposed of by customers in the vacuums or garbage receptacles.

  • Membership Agreement: Enrollment in this membership constitutes an agreement to the Terms and Conditions, and members may not dispute any recurring monthly charges.

By enrolling in the Splash In ECO Car Wash Express Tunnel Membership, you acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.
